Information on our current practices amid the COVID-19 Pandemic
Lost Levels is taking every precaution necessary to provide a safe environment for our customers and employees. We have implemented a variety of new protocols to help minimize the spread of disease. These protocols include more frequent cleaning of all store surfaces, equipping employees with masks while working and limiting our store capacity.
We have also implemented a new "Zero Contact" arcade experience. Our stores will provide you with disposable gloves to be worn while playing inside the arcade. One pair of gloves will be provided with every arcade pass purchase. These gloves along with the mask policy we already have in place will help maintain the safety of our guests and employees and help us conform to local ordinances.
Lost Levels has prided itself on always providing a safe clean environment. We believe with our new protocols Lost Levels arcade is safer than ever before and will continue to be a great destination to bring family and friends. While our business may go through some changes during this time, we will work hard to get through the challenges we face.
